8051 Instrument - Zero Point Calibration Operation Video Guide
Jiangsu Deleetech 8051 Instrument Zero Calibration Operation Guide: Place the induction pen continuously at the 9 o'clock position of the instrument and wait until the interface displays P0, then remove the induction pen. Touch the 9 o'clock position of the instrument with the induction pen again to change the interface parameter from P0 to P1. Place the induction pen at the 3 o'clock position of the instrument, enter the P1 zero calibration interface, then remove the induction pen and wait for the interface value to stabilise. Once the value stabilises, place the induction pen again at the 3 o'clock position to perform the calibration; when the interface value flashes, it indicates that the calibration step is complete, then remove the induction pen. Finally, continuously place the induction pen at the 9 o'clock position of the instrument, exit the P1 zero calibration interface and remove the pen, wait for the 10-second countdown to finish, completing the instrument zero calibration operation.
8051 Instrument Full-Scale Calibration Operation Video Guide
Jiangsu Deleetech 8051 Instrument Full-Scale Calibration Operation Guide: Place the induction pen at the nine o'clock position on the instrument until the interface displays P0, then remove the induction pen. Place the induction pen at the nine o'clock position again and adjust parameter P0 to P2, then remove the induction pen once completed. Place the induction pen at the three o'clock position on the instrument to enter the P2 full-scale calibration interface and then remove the pen, waiting for the interface values to stabilise. Once the values are stable, place the induction pen at the three o'clock position to carry out the full-scale calibration operation. When the interface values flash, it indicates calibration is complete, then remove the penetration pen. Finally, place the induction pen at the nine o'clock position to exit the P2 calibration interface and remove it, waiting for the 10-second countdown to finish. The 8051 instrument full-scale calibration operation is now fully complete.
8051 Instrument Unit Change Operation Video Guide
Jiangsu Deleetech 8051 Instrument Unit Change Operation Guide: Place the induction pen at the 9 o'clock position of the instrument until the interface displays P0, then remove the pen. Place the induction pen at the 9 o'clock position again to switch P0 to P5 (the induction pen can also be tapped multiple times at the 9 o'clock position to change P0 to P5). After P5 is displayed, remove the pen. Place the induction pen at the 3 o'clock position to enter the P5 settings menu, where P5 is the instrument unit modification interface; remove the pen after entering the interface. The device defaults to U-7 (height unit), which needs to be changed to the Kg unit. Place the induction pen at the 3 o'clock position to switch units, and remove the pen once the interface displays KG. Then place the induction pen at the 9 o'clock position to exit the P5 unit modification interface and remove it, wait for the 10-second countdown to finish, and the interface will display Kg, completing the entire instrument unit modification operation.
8051 Instrument Media Change Operation Video Guide
Jiangsu Deleetech 8051 Instrument Medium Change Operation Guide: Place the induction pen at the 9 o'clock position on the instrument and hold it there until the interface displays P0, then remove the induction pen. Next, place the induction pen at the 3 o'clock position, enter the P0 medium modification interface, and then remove the pen. The instrument's default medium is currently shown as liquid nitrogen. To change the medium to liquid oxygen, place the induction pen at the 3 o'clock position to switch the medium. You can tap the 3 o'clock position multiple times to cycle through the media until the interface displays the desired medium: liquid oxygen. After selecting the medium, place the induction pen at the 9 o'clock position to exit the P0 menu. When the interface displays P0, remove the pen. Wait for the 10-second countdown to complete, and the instrument medium change operation will be finished.
8051 Instrument Volume Change Operation Video Guide
Instructions for modifying the volume on the Deleetech 8051 instrument in Jiangsu: Place the induction pen at the 9 o'clock position on the instrument. The interface will display a hypothetical value of 1500. Tap the 9 o'clock position repeatedly to perform the 'units, tens, hundreds' shift operation; the flashing '0' indicates the shift was successful. When the hundreds digit '0' flashes on the screen, place the induction pen at the 3 o'clock position and change the digit 0 to 5. Remove the induction pen once the modification is complete. Lightly tap the 9 o'clock position with the induction pen to perform the 'thousands' shift operation (the thousands digit is shown in the top right corner of the screen) and change the thousands digit from 2 to 1. Place the induction pen at the 3 o'clock position to complete the digit change and remove the pen after the screen shows 1. After finishing the volume modification, place the induction pen at the 9 o'clock position, exit the P10 volume modification interface, and then remove the pen. Wait for the 10-second countdown to complete, and the instrument volume modification process will be finished.
How to install the SMTD wireless remote differential pressure gauge in the storage tank by yourself?
Installation process of the SMTD wireless remote differential pressure gauge on the basis of the existing mechanical gauge in the storage tank:
Required accessories include: one SMTD differential pressure gauge, a set of ferrule fittings, a fixing bracket and two pressure tubing lines. Depending on the on-site pipeline situation, a tee fitting can also be selected, along with a pipe bender, pipe cutter, wrench, PTFE tape, and a soapy water solution for leak testing, which needs to be prepared on site. Before construction, ensure safe depressurisation by closing the storage tank liquid valve and gas valve, opening the balancing valve, and thoroughly releasing pressure. If there is no balancing valve, carry out depressurisation according to the on-site conditions, and confirm that the pipeline is de-pressurised before installation.Step one: Begin by installing the gauge's bracket. Depending on the tank's situation, choose either hole mounting or clamp mounting. After securing the bracket, fix the SMTD differential pressure gauge onto the bracket. Then wrap PTFE tape around the ferrule fittings to be installed on both ends of the gauge, install them at both ends, and tighten the screws. The H end on the left side of the SMTD differential pressure gauge connects to the tank's liquid phase pipe, and the L end on the right side connects to the tank's gas phase pipe; reversing is strictly prohibited. If there are plugs on the liquid phase pipe and gas phase pipe of the tank, we can directly install the pressure transmission pipe connected to the differential pressure gauge; if there are no plugs, we need to cut the pipe to install a tee, and then connect the pressure transmission pipe. Currently, if there is a plug, the ferrule joint can be installed directly. Next, start connecting the pressure transmission pipe, choosing bending and cutting tools based on the site conditions for installation. Important reminder: before installation, be sure to check the sequence of the internal components of the ferrule to ensure they are not installed incorrectly or reversed. After the pressure transmission pipe is connected, first open the tank's liquid phase valve, then the gas phase valve, and then close the balance valve. After the liquid phase and gas phase pipes are installed, start leak testing. The testing method is to use a solution mixed with detergent and water to check whether there are bubbles at the pipe connections. If there are bubbles, tighten the connection again and test once more; if there are no bubbles, it indicates that there is no leak at the pressure transmission pipe connection. This completes the entire installation process of the SMTD differential pressure gauge.
How do you replace the battery in the SMTD differential pressure gauge from Deleetech?
SMTD differential pressure gauge battery replacement procedure: First, loosen the four screws on the top cover of the instrument, remove the top cover, and unplug the battery connector to take out the old battery. Then, place the new battery in the battery compartment, connect the plug next to the new battery, and organise the supercapacitor wiring before placing it on the side. Finally, reinstall the top cover and tighten the screws, making sure they are secure to prevent water damage to the instrument. After completing these steps, the SMTD differential pressure gauge battery replacement process is fully finished.
