For a logistics company, in response to the need for liquid level measurement of their liquid chlorine tank trucks, we installed our company's wireless remote rotary float level gauge. It features an LCD display. This level gauge addresses the shortcomings of ordinary domestic float level gauges with insufficient measurement accuracy. The device offers high measurement precision and excellent adaptability, making it suitable for a wide range of tank trucks. This wireless remote rotary float level gauge supports local pointer display as well as wireless remote monitoring. The magnetic rotor transmitter converts changes in the magnetic field into electrical signals, using a pointer or LCD display for intuitive reading of the remaining liquid in the tank. It also supports extended temperature and pressure monitoring, 4G global roaming network communication, and the data is uploaded via the 4G network to a cloud server for data management. The data upload interval can be set, remote configuration of parameters is possible, alarm data is sent in real-time, and data can be viewed on mobile devices or web platforms, solving the issues of inaccurate and inconvenient liquid level monitoring during liquid chlorine transportation and ensuring transportation safety.
