Electrolyte tank liquid level monitoring

Non-contact radar measurement thoroughly solved the measurement errors and equipment failure issues caused by medium corrosion, adhesion, and scaling. Coupled with 4G wireless transmission and dual-mode positioning functions, it enables 24/7 remote monitoring of the liquid level, temperature, and pressure of all mobile tank containers, with full traceability of their locations and automatic alerts for exceeding limits.

After implementation, the equipment operates stably with nearly zero maintenance, completely replacing traditional manual inspections, effectively avoiding safety risks such as overfilling or electrolyte leakage.
