LPG and condensate in oil and gas storage and transportation facilities are high-risk, highly volatile media, and the monitoring of storage tanks is complex. The equipment consists of a rotary float sensor, a DWT9851 composite instrument, and a dedicated rotary float adapter, suitable for normal temperature pressure vessel conditions, enabling synchronous monitoring of chemical media level, temperature and pressure. The device offers excellent measurement performance, with a level accuracy of ±2.5%FS, pressure accuracy of ±0.5%FS, and temperature accuracy of ±1°C. The product is based on magnetic rotor sensing technology, accurately converting magnetic field changes into standard electrical signals, effectively resisting media fluctuation interference, with a 2-second sampling frequency for high monitoring real-time performance. It is compatible with LPG and condensate oil special media characteristics, providing precise measurement data and strong stability.

The product supports local pointers, LCD display and wireless remote transmission functions as optional, equipped with a dedicated 4G communication module, supports global roaming communication, adopts GPS and base station dual positioning mode, and establishes a comprehensive integrated tank monitoring system. The device is powered by a 3.6VDC, 76000mAh high-capacity battery, requiring no external power, with a battery life of 5 to 8 years. The device allows installation without wiring, is easy to construct and maintain, and can upload liquid level, temperature, and pressure monitoring data to the cloud in real-time, supports customizable data upload intervals, remote parameter configuration, real-time abnormal alarm push, compatible with mobile phones and web for visualisation, has overall low power consumption, strong anti-interference ability, and adapts to various complex station operating conditions.
